I have 10 types of cheeses in my refidgerator right now. Oh devine bliss! Oh creamy dairy heaven! I have: Mexican blend, mozzarella, american, monchego, gouda, romano, goat, parmigiano, string, and brie!

- I love food. I love just about everything about food. I love food more than I love kittens. I'm one of those vaguely disquieting individuals at farmers markets ogling the apples and caressing the parsnips in a little too loving a way, if you know what I mean. Nothing gets me happier than blueberry season or the smell of flat leaf parsley. Food=love. I also enjoy dining out but rarely do I find the type of information I want when I am researching possibilities. I'm not rolling in the dough (haha, little cooking joke) and I don't want to waste my money on a pricey place that uses Uncle Ben's Rice and those bizarre square carrot pieces that you can only find in the 'vegetable medley' bag in the frozen food isle. I want to know about the experience of the eating, not just the food because I can cook just about anything. My blog. Hopefully it’s not as self-important as those weird parenting blogs about how Timmy lost his second tooth and they had to finally take his 'binky' away. Parents, listen up. We. Don’t. Care.
